With over 60 years of experience as a businessman, Mr. Jayprakash Surana founded Surana Associates in 1990 with a singular vision — to build spaces that stand the test of time. His deep understanding of construction and customer needs has been the cornerstone of the company's success. Under his leadership, 45+ projects have shaped the Pune skyline, earning the trust of thousands of families and businesses.
Mr. Prasanna Surana
Director — Projects & Operations
Mr. Prasanna Surana brings meticulous precision and modern sensibility to every project at Surana Associates. A civil engineering graduate, he oversees all construction timelines and quality benchmarks. He has been the technical lead for numerous successful projects, and his commitment to on-time delivery and uncompromising build quality has made Surana Associates one of the most reliable names in Pune real estate.
Mr. Devansh Surana
Director
Mr. Devansh Surana is the youthful and driven force behind Surana Associates' vision. With a bachelors in Economics, he oversees the financial direction and planning for all projects, both residential and commercial. He ensures the gap is filled between customer requirement and production, so that every client feels heard, valued, and delighted.
